Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time — continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
License & Usage
You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use, limited to your subscription period. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer access to any third party. Each license is bound to a single hardware ID (HWID).
Platform Requirements
Our software is exclusively compatible with Windows. No refunds will be issued due to platform incompatibility — do not purchase if you are not on Windows.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the software. You may not bypass security features, use the software to violate applicable law, or disrupt our infrastructure in any way.
HWID Resets
Resets are allocated per plan: Starter (1/month), Pro (2/month), Enterprise (unlimited). Resets do not roll over. Abuse of the reset system may result in account suspension without refund.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are issued once access has been granted. In the event of a verified technical failure on a supported platform, we may offer store credit at our sole discretion. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first will result in a permanent ban.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms, without refund. Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked and you must cease all use of the software.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via Discord or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
